I stopped running a while ago – and I shouldn’t have.
There were hundreds of reasons, why I just was not able to invest that much time in sports anymore. Not enough sleep, too much work, not enough time for friends and family. Bullshit. If you don’t run or workout you are neither physically nor mentally on the top of your game.
So make a long story short. I will start running again. 🙂

Hi Wolfgang, completely agree with you. Running helps to be on top of your game. I usually sign up to a race so that during prep, I have to eat/drink regularly and get enough sleep. Ever thought about a marathon?
I can’t do that to my family and friends. I would be way too ambitious. 🙂
